At WildBounds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
